1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by the platform 169bet, available at 169bet.click and its subdomains, mobile apps and any other digital interface operated by 169bet.

By completing registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any restricted area of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming, which form an integral part of this document.

A 169bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create and use an account on 169bet, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal).

Only one account is allowed one account per individual. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, mobile number, IP address or payment method is considered a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved, as well as the cancellation of all pending balances and winnings.

A 169bet reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at any time, with cause, if irregularities are found in the information provided or if the account holder's behavior is inconsistent with the platform's rules.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

A 169bet adopts identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" – KYC) in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering and counter-illicit financing legislation.

To enable withdrawals and increase transaction limits, users must submit the following documents to the platform:

A 169bet reserves the right to request additional documentation for deposits above certain amounts, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits made by third parties (on behalf of someone else) are not accepted.

5. Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00.

• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, all bets on that event are fully refunded to the account balance.

The Cash Out (total or partial) is available for selected events and allows the user to close a bet before the final result, receiving an amount calculated based on the current state of the event and the odds at the time of the request. The Cash Out value offered may be lower or higher than the amount staked, depending on how the event unfolds.
